THE GREY AREA

… and here they come, these days they come.

These days when you wake up feeling sad without any apparent reason, when you don’t like the sun, neither the blue sky, the clouds or the rain and everything bothers you.
These days, when you feel like suffocating under a mantle of indefinite melancholia and still you don't understand the reason of all of this.
These days when you would like to push the famous self-destruction’s button, once again without any reason because nothing has changed since yesterday when everything seemed perfect.

These days when you read what you did write a week before and you feel such a perfect idiot and a fool.
You can not bear to see such an amount of crap about peace, love and understanding, like in those pseudo “new age manuals” for beginners.
And you ask yourself: "Who do hell do you think you are?"

These days that come without a warning, without knockin’ at the door, that stay for a while and then they go… always leaving a definite mark.

And I wonder why of all this?
Why these moments are hitting me so much?
Where are the famous detachment and acceptance I’ve been constantly talking about?

Only one thing is clear to me. Even though I am aware that life is a grey area yet I am living as though there is just a black or white area.

I still see life as made only of two clearly and separate sectors when instead, inside myself, I perfectly know that it is everything different... but knowing this doesn't help me if I am unable to live according to this truth.

Yes, the path toward acceptance is hard and difficult, most of all for someone like me, someone who knows he is living in a grey area but yet he is able to see black and white only!

ANYWAY, PEACE LOVE & REVOLUTION ... FOREVER.
